At this time of Covid-19, we find cases where parents find it hard to fulfill their obligations towards school related expenses. In our Zulfa Kindergarten and Zulfa Madrasah (pre-school), we found cases where parents have not paid their fees for months. With new year 2021 coming around the corner, parents would require expenses for uniforms and learning materials. With this School Pocket Funds, it would assist the parents to overcome their financial woes.

The target is $50,000 per year.

This collection will cover the child's school fees, learning materials, transport fees and miscellaneous fees.

I am Hidayah, a recipient of the School Pocket Fund. I am the mother of Raissa Athirah who is 5 years old this year. We have been receiving the help since last year and it has really helped us a lot especially during the time that my husband met with an accident and Covid19 hit us. It lessens the burden for him monthly as he is the sole breadwinner for the family and after the accident he actually got retrenched. We appreciate that we were chosen to be one of the recipients. I'm Nabihah and I'm the mother of Nur 'Eisyah Maisarah Binte Mazlan, 5 years old. My daughter is a student at Zulfa Kindergarten. Besides 'Eisyah, I have 2 other school-going children aged between 15 & 18 yrs old and a son age 2 yrs 5mths old who is still yet to go to school. I am a full time housewife & simply doing part time online business to support family income. Unfortunately my husband had been retrenched from work due to covid-19 and now simply doing various ad-hoc part time delivery while looking for a new permanent job. We are very much struggling to survive. Though with my online business somehow helped our tight financial issues. However, most of it i have to spend for supporting groceries, house maintenance, school fees for 3 children, and medical checkup for the 4 of us : (Both of my elder daughters is undergoing plan for tooth implant this coming February 2021, my son still ongoing checkup for his cardiac issues and myself for lots of health complications and also still ongoing medical check up till next year.
