Qn: Will I get an acknowledgment after I register and make payment?
Ans: Yes.
For Bank Transfers, please reply to the registration email (Email subject is: [Infaq.SG - Infaq] (#Infaq222 -XXXXX-XXXXXXXX) Infaq For Children's Welfare )) with the screenshot of the transfer transaction so that we can update our system and send you the confirmation email. Please ensure that the screenshot contains the UEN/Recipient's bank account number and amount.
For cheques, we will send you the confirmation email once the cheque is cleared.
Qn: I've made payment via PayNow and Bank Transfers. I have not received the confirmation email. Why?

TBQ (Tahrim Bil Qalbi) Amal is a Johor Bahru-based organization that provides community help to fakir miskin, persons with health issues, employment, housing, and those who cannot provide necessities for their children.

The story.
Male. 8 Years old.
Ahmad's (not his real name) is a victim of drug-abuse parents. His early experiences paint a distressing picture of neglect and hardship. Growing up in an environment where his basic needs were not met and where he lacked parental care and guidance undoubtedly had a profound impact on his emotional and psychological development. It's not uncommon for children who experience such neglect to internalize feelings of anger, frustration, and helplessness.
Ahmad was then sent by his grandmother to TBQ Amal after his parents were arrested by the police. With this opportunity, TBQ Amal provides him with a supportive and nurturing environment where he feels safe and valued. This might involve connecting him with social services, mental health professionals, and community resources that can offer him the assistance and support he needs to address his emotional and developmental needs.
