Ramadan Iftar Meals 2018 by Free Food For All (FFFA)

The Messenger of Allah S.A.W said:

"Whoever provides the food for a fasting person to break his fast with, then for him is the same reward as his (the fasting person's), without anything being diminished from the reward of the fasting person."

This will be the fourth year that Free Food For All has organised a campaign to feed those less fortunate, regardless of race or religion in the month of Ramadan.

However, apart from the normal campaign, FFFA has a special campaign to provide Iftar Meals for the needy Muslims who are under the category of fakir and miskin. They aim to provide for approximately 700 of such families in various locations in Singapore.

These families have been identified by various social services and organisations. The areas are in Eunos, Chai Chee, MacPherson, Boon Lay, and Marsiling.

• Who is Free Food For All?

FFFA is a registered charity (UEN: 201503391Z) with a mission to promote and propagate a kind and caring Community by providing free halal food to the less fortunate, regardless of race or religion. From their inception to date, they have provided close to 250,000 meals for the Community.

• What will be provided for the families?

The menu for the meals will differ from day to day but they will consist of the following:

Each meal:
+ 1 Carbo
+ 1 Protein
+ 1 Side Dish
+ 1 Dessert
+ Kurma ( dates )

Each meal will be packed in bento sets.

• How can you support this project?

1) Sponsor the meals.

- $27 can pay for a family of 4 (4 meals)
- $270 can pay for 10 families (40 meals)
- $2700 can pay for 100 families (400 meals) or
- $4050 for 150 families (600 meals)

Payment can be made in the following ways:

i) By Cheque
ii) By Bank Transfer
iii) By Debit/Credit Card
iv) We can also collect the amount from your home or walk-in to our office ( For Amounts $200 and above )
