Qn: Will I get an acknowledgment after I register and make payment?
Ans: Yes.
For Bank Transfers, please reply to the registration email (Email subject is: [Infaq.SG - Infaq] (#Infaq209 -XXXXX-XXXXXXXX) Ramadan Iftar Porridge 2024 )) with the screenshot of the transfer transaction so that we can update our system and send you the confirmation email. Please ensure that the screenshot contains the UEN/Recipient's bank account number and amount.
For cheques, we will send you the confirmation email once the cheque is cleared.
Qn: I've made payment via PayNow and Bank Transfers. I have not received the confirmation email. Why?
Ans: Have you replied to the registration email (Email subject is: [Infaq.SG - Infaq] (#Infaq209-XXXXX-XXXXXXXX) Ramadan Iftar Porridge 2024 ) )) with the bank transfer screenshot?
Qn: What is my Registration ID?
Ans: Your Registration ID is in this format Infaq209-XXXXX-XXXXXXXX. You can get this information in the registration email.

As the sacred month of Ramadhan approaches once more, we are gearing up to embrace it with compassion and generosity. In collaboration with Hezom International, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on our community by offering nourishing porridge to various groups in need.
Your support will enable us to deliver not just porridge but a gesture of warmth and solidarity to those (local mosques, foreign workers, and low-income families, with a special focus on those residing in rental flats) who may be facing challenges during this sacred time.
Together, let's make a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors and community members, fostering a sense of togetherness and compassion that embodies the true essence of Ramadhan.
