Karamoja is a drought prone area in the north eastern region of Uganda. Unfortunately, this region experiences rainfall only twice or once in a year and the people survives only on humanitarian assistance. Early this year, the situation worsens as the assistance rendered was not sufficient to cover for the whole population.
Day by day, the condition is deteriorating and most of the families are even forced to feed on wild animals as a mean to survive.
We shall distribute 300 Food Aid Packages to 300 Families in the district of Nabiratuk villages of Karamoja region, Uganda.
