There are many underprivileged low-income Muslim families in Singapore that require monthly assistance to tide them through the month. Our Infaq Groceries initiative (since 2018) aims to ease their financial struggles a little by helping them with their basic monthly necessities. The groceries from this infaq project will be delivered to their doorstep, which helps the old and sickly who are unable to leave their homes due to their immobility.
We are also aiming to provide frozen meals to the needy families throughout the year. Imagine a single parent and looking after their kids till they don't have enough time to cook for their family. With these frozen meals, it helps to cut down on cooking time.

Each Grocery bag should lasts for a month for a family of 4.

Each Frozen Meals Set is for 4-5 pax for 2 meals.

Qn: Will i get an acknowledgement after i register and make payment?
Ans: Yes.
- For PayPal, you will get a confirmation email after your Paypal and HitPay transaction is successful.
- For Bank Transfers, please reply to the registration email (Email subject is: [Infaq.SG - Infaq] (#Infaq110-XXXXX-XXXXXXXX) Infaq Groceries & Frozen Meals )) with the screenshot of the transfer transaction so that we can update our system and send you the confirmation email. Please ensure that the screenshot contains the UEN/Recipient's bank account number and amount.
- For cheques, we will send you the confirmation email once the cheque is cleared.
Qn: I've made payment via PayNow and Bank Transfers. I have not received the confirmation email. Why?

Qn: What is my registration id?
Ans: Your registration id is in this format Infaq110-XXXXX-XXXXXXXX. You can get this information in the registration email.
Qn: After i register, will it be delivered to my house? Do i need to deliver the groceries / frozen meals to the needy families myself?
Ans: No. It will not be delivered to your house. Our partner will deliver to the needy families.
