Sis Nurhidayati (also known as Umm Umar) is a trained breastfeeding peer counsellor who has been supporting pregnant and postpartum families in breastfeeding since 2010. Currently training as a lactation educator, her breastfeeding practice includes: teaching at Blessed Beginnings, where she conducts smaller, more personalised breastfeeding workshops, administrating the Breastfeeding Muslim Mothers Support Group on Facebook and serving as a peer counsellor and also board member for the Breastfeeding Mothers Support Group (Singapore).
